Program Overview

The General English Program at Turner English College is a multi-level language course structured to help learners from foundation to pre-advanced CEFR levels (A1–C1). It equips students with practical English for everyday communication and enhances grammar, vocabulary, phonetics, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Each level consists of a 10-week structure with weeks of instruction and assessment aligned to learner progress.

  • Vocabulary and Grammar development
  • Listening and Speaking fluency
  • Reading comprehension and critical analysis
  • Writing skills including journals, essays, reports, and paragraphs
  • Pronunciation and Presentation skills
  • Digital literacy, media awareness, and artificial intelligence integration

Entry Requirements

Minimum age 16 years at commencement. Completion of high school in home country with placement based on English entry test results.
